Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of the West Indies!

Whether you are coming in as a new UWI student or transferring here from another institution, the orientation staff will help ease your transition while they provide you with the information and resources you need to succeed.

Your orientation focuses on taking care of academic requirements but, classes are only half of the story; we'll also help you make the most of your time when you are not in class. Our staff will give you the inside scoop on how to take advantage of what is happening on campus. From sports to arts, libraries to sessions, and study sessions to midnight snacks; we'll teach you the “do's and dont's” of UWI.

While you are at orientation you'll meet and get to know your Academic Advisor, get advised and registered for classes, learn about how to get involved on campus, hear about campus health services and safety, and much more.
