The Instructional Development Unit (IDU) provides various training opportunities for faculty that are designed to enhance their teaching practice and gives the opportunity for  them to create effective learning environments that support student-centered learning. The IDU can help your faculty improve their teaching skills.

You may the Unit at idu@uwimona.edu.jm or call us at 970-0376, for workshops and seminars as well as private consultations to meet the specific needs of your Faculty or Department. We are loctaed upstairs the Inter-Faculty Lecture Theatre(IFLT).

The purpose of this blog is to provide faculty in higher educational institutions in the Caribbean with a way of contributing to the conversations on teaching and learning in Higher Education.
