The Tanzilo Popular Music Collection is an alphabetical arrangement by artiste name of printed material collected over a twenty year period by a reggae fan and musician Bobby Tanzilo. A lover of Jamaican music, Tanzilo amassed memorabilia comprising newspaper clippings about Reggae music and artists, press releases, flyers, posters and other printed material.The items were donated to the Library in 1998. The Collection is an interesting testament to Jamiacan music as representated in North America. Information about many contemporary Reggae acts is included.
