Florida State University (FSU) contingent visits Mona

The Florida State University (FSU) recently visited The University of the West Indies, Mona (UWI) for a week on their annual exchange programme.
 
The participants were exposed to various aspects of university life and the Jamaican culture. They visited Hollywell in the Blue Mountain; Fort Charles in Port Royal; the Bob Marley Museum and Dunns River Falls. The Students shared spaces in halls with their counterparts and also shadowed them to classes.
 
The Office of Student Services and Development Short term Exchange Programme are delivered as formal agreement between the University of the West Indies (UWI, Mona) and Florida State University (FSU) and the University of Costa Rica (UCR). The Memoranda of Understanding for both Programmes were signed in 1995.
 
The contingent of staff and students from the Florida State University visited Mona from March 8- 15, 2014 and was hosted by the Office of Student Services and Development.
