All students registering for level 2 ELET courses must have passing grades in ELET1400 and ELET1405. These are strict prerequisites for all Level 2 electronics courses.

Students who are pursing a Minor in Electronics, as of the academic year 2010 - 2011, must successfully complete the following core courses:

- ELET 2415 Practices in Electronics Designs II
- ELET 2430 Digital Circuits and Microprocessors
- ELET 2470 Electric Circuit Analysis
Note 16 credits are required for a minor. Therefore, the student may take any other ELET course to fulfill this minor.
