Procedure for requesting a Status letter online
To further improve our services to you our valued customers, we have now placed the request for status letters on-line.
Please note the following:
- First login with your Student ID and Password (Domain/OurVLE password).
- Kindly complete the request form.
- An email will be sent to you informing you that the letter is ready for pick up.
- Go to the bursary cashier and pay the required fee. N.B. The Cashier is open from 9am – 3pm
- Go to the SASS receptionist and do the following:
- Present your receipt
- Sign the hardcopy of the request form
- Collect your letter
NOTE: As of September 1, 2004, A STATUS LETTER WILL COST J$100. To obtain a Status Letter, please pay the required fee at the Bursary cashier and return the completed Request Form with the receipt to a customer service representative in Student Administrative Services. The regular processing time will be three (3) working days or less. However, an express letter can be done at a cost of J$200; this will be ready for the following working day.
