Status Letter Request Form

Procedure for requesting a Status letter online

To further improve our services to you our valued customers, we have now placed the request for status letters on-line.

Please note the following:

  1. First login with your Student ID and Password (Domain/OurVLE password).
  2. Kindly complete the request form.
  3. An email will be sent to you informing you that the letter is ready for pick up.
  4. Go to the bursary cashier and pay the required fee. N.B. The Cashier is open from 9am – 3pm 
  5. Go to the SASS receptionist and do the following:
    • Present your receipt
    • Sign the hardcopy of the request form
    • Collect your letter

NOTE: As of September 1, 2004, A STATUS LETTER WILL COST J$100. To obtain a Status Letter, please pay the required fee at the Bursary cashier and return the completed Request Form with the receipt to a customer service representative in Student Administrative Services. The regular processing time will be three (3) working days or less. However, an express letter can be done at a cost of J$200; this will be ready for the following working day.
