For the most part, students still have to complete the remaining course topics, assessments and tutorials for each course. You are likely to be credited for work done prior to classes being suspended. Generally, you will still have lectures, tutorials and assignments, and your lecturer will explain exactly how these will be done. Make sure to review the Course Guidance Document for each course you are taking, which can be found on OurVLE for each course.
