In Memory of W. Madge Hall
This issue comes to fruition with a sense of great sadness as it marks the passing of a dear friend and colleague, the coeditor of this issue, Winnifred (Madge) Hall. After joining the School of Education, Dr. Hall went on to achieve a high level of excellence in teaching and publications in her own area of special education. Throughout her career, however, she remained particularly committed to the exposure of local thinking and research both at home in the Caribbean and to a wider international audience. This issue honours a true educator and academic, one whom the Caribbean is proud to call its own.
