It is with regret that we announce the passing of Dr. The Honourable Mary Jane Seivwright. She was Director of the Advanced Nursing Education Unit (now, The UWI School of Nursing, Mona), April 1971 - July 1989.

In light of this, the UWI flags will be flown at half-mast on Friday, January 10, 2014 and on the day of her funeral.
